Our purpose is to serve our customers in the best possible way. Our products are made fresh. They are also preserved in their natural state before shipping. Because of the delicate nature of our products, once they are opened we cannot accept returns. We provide detailed descriptions of the ingredients, both in the product line and under "our ingredients". We strongly advise our customers to read them before purchasing.  However, if the product arrives damaged or for any other reason that you are not satisfied with, we will replace it.  

The products displayed on this website may be offered at several D.C. and Maryland spas and salons. For our website orders, we welcome any questions and inquiries about our products. If we have any questions or inquiries about your order details, delivery, or payment instructions, we will contact the customer at the phone number provided.


Our oils do not include any chemicals or unsafe materials. They are only intended to use as skin moisturizing agents for dry skin and daily maintenance of soft and silky skin. They are not intended to cure or treat any medical issues. It is up to our customers to read the list of ingredients and the information we provide, use them accordingly, and store them properly.

We refrain from using essential oils in our products since these oils can disrupt or aggravate some conditions in certain individuals. We might use tiny amounts of flower, citrus, and rose aromas that are known to be the softest and safest. However, even all-natural substances can be problematic for some of us with allergies or various skin conditions. As always, we recommend that you try a small amount on your skin if you have any concerns. We are available to assist you with any further questions you might have.

Shelf life

These are oil-based products; therefore they will keep their consistency for up to two years from the delivery date (if not exposed to extreme temperature variance and direct light). If you choose not to use the product for a long period of time be sure to place it in the refrigerator.
